Prohibited Items
The following categories may not be listed or offered on RentalPlace.
Weapons and hazardous items
Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, dangerous chemicals, and hazardous materials are prohibited.
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, and regulated goods
Illegal items, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, illegal drugs, controlled substances, prescription medication, and regulated or high-risk goods that are inappropriate for this marketplace are prohibited.
Exploitative or privacy-invasive content
Adult or exploitative content, items involving minors, spyware, credential-theft tools, and invasive surveillance devices are prohibited.
Unsafe or misleading listings
Broken, dangerous, unsanitary, materially misrepresented, or otherwise unsuitable items may be removed. RentalPlace may act on reports or review; it does not promise automated detection.
Enforcement
RentalPlace may hide or remove listings, limit access, suspend accounts, preserve relevant marketplace records, and cooperate with lawful requests as appropriate.
