Do I have to be verified to list?
No. Verification is optional, but verified owners can build more trust with renters.
Who approves rental requests?
You do. Every renter request can be approved, denied, or messaged before payment.
When do I get paid?
After the rental is completed and the dispute window clears. RentalPlace takes its 12% fee from the rental price only.
How does pickup work?
After payment is confirmed, the renter sees the private pickup details. When they receive the item, they tap “I received the item” and the rental becomes active.
What if something is damaged or late?
You can report damage, missing items, or late return during the return process. RentalPlace can review disputes before deposits or payouts are released.
How do reviews work?
After completion, both sides can leave a 1–5 star rating and written review. Reviews help build trust on RentalPlace.
