Keep messages, requests, payments, deposits, and dispute information within RentalPlace when possible so there is a marketplace record.
Inspect items and meet carefully
Inspect items at local pickup and return. Use a practical, lawful pickup location and share precise handoff details only when needed for the approved rental.
Follow laws and instructions
Follow applicable laws, manufacturer instructions, age limits, licensing requirements, and safe-use rules. Do not list or rent prohibited items.
Report problems
Report unsafe items, scams, harassment, fake profiles, or misleading listings through the available report or support tools. RentalPlace may review reports but does not provide emergency services.
